1. Who we are

Retail Radar Bot is a Telegram bot that helps track new arrivals, discounts and saved searches across fashion shops, platforms and listing websites.

2. What data we receive

  • Telegram identifiers and profile data that Telegram provides to the bot, such as your Telegram user ID, username, name and interface language.
  • Commands, links, filter choices, wishlist entries, shop settings and other preferences you enter in the bot or connected WebApp.
  • Subscription and payment status information, such as plan type, active or cancelled subscription status and technical billing identifiers.
  • Support communication content if you email us or use support options in the bot.
  • Technical logs, error data and security information needed for diagnostics, abuse prevention and stable service operation.
  • If you open our website or WebApp from an ad or campaign link, we may process start parameters, UTM tags, click IDs and cookies according to your choices and browser settings.

3. Why we process data

  • to create and maintain your account;
  • to save your links, filters, wishlist and other settings;
  • to send notifications and updates that you requested;
  • to process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and customer support;
  • to prevent errors, fraud and security incidents;
  • to understand how the service is used and improve the bot, WebApp and advertising campaigns.

4. Who data may be shared with

We use only service providers needed to operate the service, such as Telegram, hosting and infrastructure services, analytics tools and Stripe for payment processing.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be disclosed if required by law or if needed to protect our rights, security or service.

5. Payments

If you buy a subscription, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card details.

From Stripe and related payment systems, we receive only information needed to manage subscription status, billing and customer support.

6. Data retention

We keep data for as long as it is needed for the bot, WebApp, subscriptions and our legal obligations.

If you stop using the service, block the bot or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable time unless retention is required by legal obligations.

  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion or restriction of processing where applicable;
  • withdraw consent for cookies or marketing measurement where processing is based on consent;
  • stop using the bot at any time by deleting or blocking it in Telegram.

8. Partner, affiliate and advertising measurement data

  • To understand which ads, campaigns, partner links or affiliate networks drive visits, clicks and purchases, we may process UTM parameters, click IDs, referral URLs, start parameters, cookie identifiers and conversion events.
  • We may share limited attribution and conversion data with affiliate networks, advertising platforms and retailers to confirm commissions, measure campaigns, prevent fraud and meet partner program requirements.
  • This data may include campaign or partner identifiers, click or conversion time, approximate country or language, order or conversion status and technical identifiers. We do not provide these partners with full payment card details.
  • Cookies, pixels and similar technologies for advertising or affiliate attribution are used according to your cookie choices, browser settings and the applicable legal basis.
  • Third-party shops, affiliate networks and advertising platforms have their own privacy policies. If you open an external link, those third parties' own rules may apply to their processing of data.
