These terms apply to the Retail Radar Bot Telegram bot, the connected WebApp and payment pages on retailradar.bot. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Retail Radar Bot, the connected WebApp or payment pages, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot, WebApp or related paid features.

2. Service description

Retail Radar Bot helps track shop arrivals, discounts, listings, wishlists and other product monitoring notifications.

Features, limits, available plans and individual options may be added, changed or removed over time.

3. Trial period and subscriptions

New users may be offered a 7-day free trial where available.
After a trial period ends, you must activate a paid subscription or another offered paid option to continue using paid features fully.
Available plans, prices and add-ons are shown in the bot, WebApp or checkout page before you confirm a purchase.

4. Payments, renewal, cancellation and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe or another specified payment processor.
Paid subscriptions and recurring add-ons are charged in advance for the full monthly period and may renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, but cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
If the current month has already been charged, the fee for that paid month is not prorated or refunded unless required by applicable law.
After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms other users or the operation of the service.
You may not bypass limits, attempt to access other users' data, overload the system or use the bot for abusive automation.
Without our written permission, you may not sell, republish or commercially distribute service content or access to third parties.

6. Changes to the service and prices

We may change features, available plans, limits, prices and these terms when needed for service development, security or business needs.

If you continue using the service after changes take effect, this means you accept the updated terms.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or fully timely operation in every case.

Data, prices, availability and content from third-party platforms, shops and listing websites may change independently of us. We are not responsible for third-party websites or their content.

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Affiliate links, retailer links and price information

The service may contain links to third-party shops, platforms, retailers and partner networks. Some of these links may be affiliate or partner links.
If you click an affiliate link or make a purchase from a retailer, we may receive a commission or other compensation. This does not change the price you pay to the retailer unless the retailer states otherwise.
We are not the seller, payment recipient or delivery provider for the relevant retailer. Purchases, delivery, returns, warranty, product descriptions, prices and availability are governed by the relevant retailer's terms and information.
Product data, prices, discounts and availability shown in the bot or WebApp are informational and may change. Before buying, check the current information on the retailer's website.
Where a particular link, placement or campaign is paid advertising or a partner placement, we may identify it with an appropriate disclosure, such as noting that the link is an affiliate link.
